Granicus is looking for a motivated and meticulous HRIS Coordinator to provide enthusiastic support to our Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS Administrators by handling a high volume of tier one HR inquiries, processing employee data transactions, and assisting with key activities such as benefit enrollment and payroll processing as needed.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, responsive, and committed to detail precision and promptness in all transactions and communications. The individual will possess a firm understanding of the unique challenges involved in managing and analyzing employment data for a high-growth organization.

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS teams, skillfully handling a variety of employee data transactions and HR inquiries. You’ll manage onboarding processes, assist in benefit enrollments, and tackle payroll needs as they arise, all while delivering top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of HR data management, and believes in the importance of confidentiality. You’ll conduct routine audits, provide effective troubleshooting for HRIS and payroll issues, and manage project workflows during mergers and acquisitions. To be successful at Granicus, you’ll need at least 3-5 years of experience with confidential employee data, strong MS Office proficiency (especially Excel), and familiarity with UKG being a plus.
