This open position is with Simpleview, now a part of Granicus. The Marketing Automation Specialist is a client facing position responsible for the activation, setup, training, support and success of clients with our partner product: Act-On. The position reports to the Lead Marketing Automation Specialist and must exercise in-depth knowledge of marketing automation, email marketing, deliverability, lists (database management), building templates, deploying email marketing campaigns, and project management.

Your knack for problem-solving will shine as you troubleshoot any technical issues and collaborate with colleagues to share best practices. We value organization and self-motivation, and with your strong communication skills, you'll build lasting relationships with our clients while maintaining data hygiene and supporting their marketing efforts.
