Graphic Design Specialist

Overview:

Expected pay for this position is $25.63 - $30.15/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Graphic Design Specialist assists the Pointcore and Integrated Solutions marketing team with the development and production of website, promotional, intranet, email, and other marketing content.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma and 4 years' experience in Graphic Design, Web Development/Design, Digital Marketing, Interactive Media, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Communications, or related and 2 years' experience in Graphic Design, Web Development/Design, Digital Marketing, Interactive Media or related field.
Strong working knowledge of web and marketing CRM platforms such as Word Press and Marketing Hub.

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Proficient in the use of approved software including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Communications or related
Experience with Word press backend.
Experience with promotions merchandise and backend
Other Skills/ Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to work on collaborative marketing or project teams
