Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced full-cycle Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team and support our Applied Science and Machine Learning organization. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our company by attracting and hiring top talent in the fields of applied science, machine learning, data science, and related disciplines. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and desired skills for various roles within the Applied Science and Machine Learning team.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent through various channels including sourcing, online, referrals.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiations and onboarding.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, behavioral strengths and weaknesses, and potential contributions to the team.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and applied science to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
Provide an excellent candidate experience through transparent communication and prompt feedback.
Work closely with PeopleOps to streamline hiring processes and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data driven improvements.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years of direct experience related to applied science, AI research, or machine learning.
Understanding of machine learning, data science, and software development, including familiarity with relevant technologies and terminologies.
Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles with high quality candidates.
Excellent sourcing skills and the ability to engage passive candidates.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, geographically distributed team in a fast paced, evolving environment.
