About the role:
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of the community. They work closely with property management and maintenance staff to ensure the grounds are flawless and contribute to the overall appeal of the building and satisfaction of the residents.
What you'll do:

Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the property by regularly collecting and disposing of trash, litter, and animal waste.

Maintain sidewalks, pathways, common areas, restrooms and parking areas, keeping them free of debris and in great condition.

Take great pride and ownership in the grounds and identify ways to go above-and-beyond in order to achieve flawless grounds.

Monitor and report any maintenance concerns, assisting with preventive measures.

Perform landscaping duties, including mowing lawns, trimming bushes and hedges, planting flowers and shrubs, and watering plants.

Interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner, addressing grounds-related concerns and providing information as needed.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, identifying and addressing potential hazards.
