About the role
Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, this key role will lead product marketing for Lyra’s industry-leading network of mental health care providers. You will have end-to-end accountability for our core product and platform area, from providing insights to inform the product roadmap; to leading go-to-market strategy and launch plans; to creating and owning key sales and marketing deliverables; to supporting our sales team and engaging with prospects and customers.

Capture market and customer insights through direct firsthand engagement as well as directed research

Partner closely with your counterparts on the product and clinical teams to inform the product roadmap with insights on our prospects, customers, and market trends

Lead the go-to-market strategy and launch plans for Lyra Care and our differentiated provider network including models of care, employed and partner providers, clinical expertise, and platform capabilities

Own our product launches, working closely with PR, digital, growth marketing and other key colleagues in our marketing team to execute on excellent, insight-driven messaging that conveys our value proposition in a powerful way

Create and own key sales and marketing deliverables including core presentations on our provider network, product release notes, campaigns to showcase our providers, etc.

Create unique and differentiated points of view to bring launches and key moments together with thought leadership, trends, research, evidence, and product innovation.

Become the trusted voice of the market by engaging in key prospect discussions on product roadmap and other topics, and bringing those insights back to our product and clinical teams.

As a full-time Group Manager, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-224,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
