We are currently looking for a Manager Client Leadership to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts. A strong leader with media knowledge able to drive strategic direction is preferred.

What your day job looks like at Wavemaker:
Manager Client Leadership is responsible for overseeing the development and activation of communication plans including audience strategies, media strategies and implementation of the same for our client, while giving leadership to the cluster.
Roles and responsibilities include:
1. Developing media strategies for client: work closely with different stakeholders to develop effective media strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives and campaign KPI. This includes identifying target audiences, recommending appropriate media channels, and determining the flight pattern, prioritizing the tasks and defining Reach & frequency of media plans etc.
2. Budget management: Manage the media budget and allocating resources to different media platform based on the campaign goals and KPI aligned with client to maximize the impact and lead on growth of profit management.
3. Campaign tracking and analysis: Monitor the performance of media campaigns and analyzing key metrics to assess their effectiveness.
4. Team management: Lead the core teams and work closely with wider teams and units in the client and GroupM/ Wavemaker Operations.
5. Client management: Maintain a good relationship and keep clients’ satisfaction on media planning and daily operations.
6. Stay current on industry trends: Keep updated about the latest trends and developments in the media industry, including new technologies, consumer behavior, and emerging media channels. Use this knowledge to inform their media strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
This role plays a critical role in shaping the success of media campaigns by developing and executing effective media strategies and media KPIs. Possessing strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills to excel in this role.
