Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Purpose of this Position:
 
The overall objective of the Group HR Business Partner is to build and grow the GroupM Nexus & Choreograph Talent/Trading Teams. Work with the Leads/Line Managers to ensure team adoption of tools and frameworks and contribute to developing a curriculum for continuous training and capability improvement. Support the Nexus and Choreograph Leads to build the right Structures, Job Profiles and Organizational Structures to support Client Team KPIs.

•    To provide Operational and Strategic HR support to Nexus & Choreograph Teams and Leads.
•    Develop Learning Maps & programmes for the Nexus & Choreograph teams – Capability Maps and Training to build required skills – Support from GroupM EMEA L&D.
•    Lead the Talent retention and sourcing by working with Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Team and the building of a Talent Plan and Talent Pipeline data base to Team KPIs. 
•    Support the Nexus and Choreograph Leads to plan capacity and resource allocation to client teams.
•    Implement a Talent Strategy to reduce staff attrition within Nexus & Choreograph based on Talent Retention KPI.
•    Retain and grow High Value People within Nexus & Choreograph – Career Development Plans.
•    Work with the Nexus and Choreograph Leads to operate within the approved headcount budget.
•    Facilitate internal mobility between client teams and Nexus and Choreograph – linked to Talent retention KPI.
 
Culture and Ways of Working:
•    Implement common tools, methods, techniques, and systems that will contribute to building Nexus & Choreograph Culture. 
•    Facilitate the process to grow internal cohesion and shared corporate culture for GroupM.
•    To monitor the corporate culture evolution on a regular basis.
•    To ensure alignment between the HR systems and the espoused corporate culture.
 
Talent Acquisition:
•    Talent Attraction & Acquisition – Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and the L & D team to evolve the organisational structure, write briefs and job descriptions and source the right Talent for Choreograph – Choreograph Resource Plan. 
•    Build internal HR processes to effectively and seamlessly onboarding, structure compensation & benefits, performance, talent & succession – Nexus/Choreograph Talent plan.
•    Coach and counsel People at all levels within Nexus & Choreograph.
•    Develop the internal culture to ensure growth, retention and attraction of key talent to accelerate performance with a thriving, exciting and ambitious Nexus & Choreograph Teams – Annual Culture Diary & Plan.
 
HR Administration:
•    Ensure that accurate employee files and records are maintained.
•    Ensure that all documents associated with employment changes and variations to contracts are processed.
 
Capabilities, Skills and Qualifications:
•    A three-year tertiary qualification in HR or related field.
•    Minimum of 8 years’ experience of which the last three must have been in a media agency.
•    Experience in Leading a Team
•    High emotional intelligence.
•    Deciding and Initiating Action.
•    Working with people.
•    Highly skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Strong analytical skills.
•    Excellent planning and organising skills.
•    Process focussed and driven.
