About the job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded Strategy & Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our agents supply acquisition channel, called Consultor Interno QuintoAndar (CIQ) in our rental business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, expertise in SQL and data analysis, and a proven track record in driving operational efficiency and growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related role, preferably within a high-growth tech company or consulting;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis is desired;
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
• Exceptional business sense with a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes;
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations;
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives;
• Office-based in São Paulo, Brazil, with flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the channel;
• Analyze supply acquisition data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
• Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to extract, manipulate, and interpret datasets;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data, to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution;
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions;
• Prepare and present detailed reports and insights to senior management.
