Guest Service Representative

Busy Aveda Lifestyle salon/spa is looking for a motivated, reliable individual for a part-time front desk position, must be 18 years or older. Duties include scheduling appointments, greeting and checking out guests, answering phones, assisting walk-in retail guests, service provider daily schedule management, and all aspects of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in hospitality, retail, and/or customer service, be able to calmly and cheerfully multi-task in a busy environment, and provide the highest level of customer service. Spa/salon experience is a plus, as is experience with SalonBiz software. Schedule will include day, evening, and Saturday shifts. Apply through Indeed, no phone calls, please.
