Guidepost Montessori is seeking a dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to empower children ages 3 to 6 in a nurturing Montessori environment, fostering independence and a love for learning.

Skills

Experience in early childhood education
Knowledge of Montessori principles
Strong communication skills
Ability to foster independence in children

Responsibilities

Observe each child to meet their individual needs
Prepare a beautiful and orderly learning environment
Cultivate children's independence and self-confidence
Provide individual and small-group lessons
Form personal connections with each child
Collaborate with parents for child support

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in any subject
Montessori diploma (or willingness to obtain)
Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits
