Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Guide to support a mixed-age classroom in their brand new Spanish immersion program. We're looking for enthusiastic educators who prioritize children's independence and personal connections.

Responsibilities

Observe each child to understand their needs
Prepare an environment that fosters trust and exploration
Build personal connections with each child
Communicate with parents about their child's progress
Support each child in gaining independence

Education

Bachelor's Degree (Early Childhood Education preferred)
90 clock hours of approved pre-service training
