Guidepost Montessori is seeking passionate Toddler Teachers who are eager to support childhood development in a community-focused environment. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive network for educators.

Skills

Understanding of child-led educational philosophies.
Experience with infants and toddlers in group settings.
Ability to energize and inspire through education.

Responsibilities

Create and lead a model classroom for toddlers.
Partner with families to meet individual child needs.
Foster a sense of community within the classroom.

Education

Teacher qualifications per DCFS.
