Position Summary
HackerOne is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our sales team. The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on New Business bookings through the creation of sales leads, establishing ongoing rapport and closing business. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, the ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders over the phone, through email and face-to-face, and shown success in operating with complex enterprise sales cycles.
What You Will Do
We provide a thorough 12 week onboarding program with our global sales enablement team.
Responsible for the full new business sales cycle from lead to close.
Continuous focus on pipeline generation and new business development.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Territory development skills and ability to generate and qualify customer leads.
Receive continuous coaching, feedback and development from your Manager.
Conduct online and in-person presentations and demonstrations of the HackerOne platform.
Utilise existing networks and continue to build new referrals and relationships within a given vertical and/or sector.
Work closely and collaboratively with Sales Development Reps to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
Understand a prospect's needs and challenges to effectively communicate how HackerOne will address those needs or help solve those challenges
Use Salesforce for lead, account, and opportunity management
Maintain an accurate quarterly sales forecast.
Properly transition new customers to our Customer Success and Account Management teams.
Bring your strategies, learnings, and ideas to advance HackerOne's values, unique culture, and vision for the future
Minimum Qualifications
Strong work ethic, integrity and attention to detail.
2+ years of enterprise software or web technologies sales experience selling to a technical audience.
Ability to manage a strong sales process using both in person and online presentation tools with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrable experience over-performing in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment through new business development.
Adept at understanding and articulating new technologies, and mapping the respective value propositions to customer needs.
Experience selling to the DACH market
Fluent in German
Preferred Qualifications
Experience setting up and managing channel partner relationships.
Cyber Security experience and/or working with SaaS based products.
Competency with Salesforce, Google Apps and Clari.
Network of existing C-Level executives.
