Role Overview


We're seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Go-To-Market (GTM) Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our manufacturing processes and our valued customers during the go-to-market phase of our products. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, understanding customer requirements, and implementing manufacturing solutions that exceed expectations.


At Hadrian, GTM Manufacturing Engineers are the lynchpin between our Sales and Operations team. Our mission is to serve our customers on both prototyping as well as production operations.


The goal of this role is two-fold :


(1) Build trust-based relationships with the supply chain professionals and engineers within the programs we work with. More than a supplier, we ambition to be a strategic partner that influences design decisions as the programs mature and rate increases.


(2) Support Operations to build the necessary process to support the unique specificities of each program when we introduce a new product in our system. This is especially important for things like post-processing and compliance. Over time, you will be responsible for the automation of special processes.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the processing of new customer information
  • Managing new product introduction
  • Responsible for managing day-to-day communications with customers on operational statuses of products in production
  • Responsible for managing several small-to-medium sized projects in cross-functional teams
  • Ensure that customer information is being internally processed in a timely manner and that deadlines are being met.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and takes initiative to identify and resolve operational problems
  • Ability to understand how day-to-day operational tasks lead up into metric goals


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a relevant STEM field (preferred)
  • In lieu of a degree, at least 4 years of manufacturing experience in a high-intensity production environment may be considered
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing role, with a strong preference for those who have led meaningful projects
  • Experience in developing and implementing production processes/systems in a high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams - Part of the role will entail working with other departments to get projects finished. Experience in this regard will allow the hire to take on a larger scope of work earlier on.
  • Prior Aerospace Machining Experience - Understanding aerospace machining processes will expedite their ability to fully grasp the role and better understand the context of our work
  • Experience with finances/business metrics

Compensation and Benefits


For this role, the target salary range is $90,000 - $130,000 (actual range may vary based on experience)


This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
