Halo Media LLC is a cutting-edge media company dedicated to creating innovative content that captivates audiences around the world. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a critical role in our talent acquisition efforts.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions across the company, with a particular focus on IT and creative roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, as well as a deep understanding of the media and technology industries. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates, through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans.
Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse pipeline of candidates for all roles.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on recruitment activity to senior leadership.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and maintain high-quality hiring standards.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Halo Media’s employer brand and attract top talent through creative and engaging recruitment campaigns.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on IT and creative roles.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top-tier talent.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with the media and technology industries is a plus.
