As a Staff Data Architect, you will drive the architectural vision, strategic direction, and evolution of our advanced data platform. Your leadership and expertise will directly influence how millions of students discover meaningful career opportunities, breaking down barriers related to education, network, and resources.
Our core objective is to build robust pathways on top of our base data platform that enables cross-functional teams to create data-driven features while ensuring accurate, timely, and secure data access across the organization. Your role will be central to realizing this vision by establishing resilient, scalable data architecture pathways that guide the company in making data-informed decisions.

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
