Account Manager

Harmonic is using data and AI to map the world of startups and is looking for a full-time Account Manager to be the primary contact for around 80 clients for all things post-sale.

Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing customer relationships in tech, consulting, or finance
  • Resourceful and able to adapt in rapidly changing environments
  • Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders
  • Technical acumen and ability to learn software products quickly

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire customer relationship from onboarding to upsells and through to future renewals
  • Work with the world’s leading venture investors to drive success with mission-critical software
  • Drive account activation and success, ensuring every customer is genuinely impressed by the value provided
  • Relay customer needs to the product team to prioritize the product roadmap
  • Refine processes and evangelize best practices within the team
  • Forecast accurately to focus on the right customers
