Account Manager

Harmonic is using data and AI to map the world of startups and is looking for a full-time Account Manager to be the primary contact for around 80 clients for all things post-sale.

Skills

Minimum 2+ years of experience managing customer relationships in tech, consulting, or finance
Resourceful and able to adapt in rapidly changing environments
Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders
Technical acumen and ability to learn software products quickly

Responsibilities

Own the entire customer relationship from onboarding to upsells and through to future renewals
Work with the world’s leading venture investors to drive success with mission-critical software
Drive account activation and success, ensuring every customer is genuinely impressed by the value provided
Relay customer needs to the product team to prioritize the product roadmap
Refine processes and evangelize best practices within the team
Forecast accurately to focus on the right customers
