Harmonic is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead our efforts in identifying and hiring top-tier talent for our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting for technology and AI-focused roles and will be adept at building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for primarily technical and occasionally non-technical roles within the company
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

• 6+ years of experience in sourcing/recruitment, with a focus on machine learning and/or AI roles
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for senior-level positions
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with recruitment tools and platforms
