We operate fully remotely with a global presence, specializing in enhancing voice clarity for calls involving offshore agents. Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and enhancement of our custom inference infrastructure tailored for audio streaming applications. Given our unique requirements, we have developed an in-house solution for handling screening audio traffic, rather than relying on out-of-the-box AI infrastructure tools. Responsibilities: • Develop and enhance the existing inference infrastructure designed for audio streaming applications. • Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster the technical growth of the team. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into our production environment. Skills & Requirements: • 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on audio data processing. • Proficiency in Python and PyTorch is essential; familiarity with C++ is a bonus. • Experience with inference frameworks such as TensorRT or Triton is highly desired. • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform for scalable infrastructure deployment (experience with AWS is transferable). • Familiarity with VOIP solutions, SIP/Proxy protocols, or related technologies is advantageous. • Previous experience in developing and optimizing AI models for real-time audio processing applications
