Vice President of Sales & MarketingTake the next step in your career now, scroll down to read the full role description and make your application.Harris School Solutions - RemoteAs the Vice President of Sales & Marketing of a business delivering FINS Education and School Nutrition Software, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our customer service, product development, and professional services teams to create a seamless experience for our customers.The ideal candidate is a humble, creative and energetic self-starter with a hunger for success, a passion for education and school nutrition, and experience in front and back of house operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFoster an environment of creativity and innovation that empowers the team to develop unique and impactful solutions to address customer needs.Lead the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals. Be accountable for the results of your department.Ensure accurate forecasting of monthly bookings and costs, recording and read-out per the corporate calendar and published financial ratios.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and grow revenue leveraging modern innovative techniques to drive sales performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.Collaborate with Operations and other departments to ensure all “before and after” activities are executed seamlessly.Identify new business opportunities and develop new sales channels.Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management.Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture that rewards success and encourages continuous learning and improvement.Coach Account Executives in qualifying opportunities and prospects.Travel as needed, 30-50%.Other duties as assigned by the SVP or EVP of the Business.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a Leadership role.Experience in education and nutrition software sales is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to travel as needed.Salesforce experience is preferred.If you are an energetic, creative, and results-driven Sales Leader with a passion for education and nutrition, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
