Role  Overview

Be amongst the first members of our accounting team! The Accounting Analyst will be the go to person for all things accounting operations at Harvey, including AP, Procurement, AR and Payroll. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth start-up, is detail-oriented, and has a get it done attitude. The Accounting Analyst  will be someone who is operationally proficient while juggling multiple workstreams.

What You'll Do

• Process accounts payable (A/P) invoices using Zip

• Assist with procurement requests by ensuring that requests are completed, that approvals are happening timely

• Process vendor onboarding requests

• Review expense reimbursement requests for adherence to policies

• Send accounts receivable (A/R) reminders (dunning) to our customers to ensure timely payments 

• Prepare US and UK payrolls

• Perform cash reconciliation

What You Have

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance/Economics

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience

• Experience with operational accounting tasks, such as AP, AR, Payroll, and Journal Entries

• Exposure to Netsuite preferred

• Proven proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) Google Docs/Sheets

• Excellent writing, oral communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail

• Excellent problem solving skills
