If so, we should talk!We're looking for an intellectually curious Senior Data Analyst with a strong analytics skillset and experience with data automation. In this role, you will use your problem solution skills, intellectual curiosity, and love of learning, to innovate and manage the standardization of various data inputs to help synthesize consumer, game, and industry sources. The meaningful insights and visualizations you build will ultimately inform critical decisions throughout the organization.What You'll Do:• Work with large, complex datasets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods, as needed.• Develop, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports that drive consistent access to self-service insights.• Contribute to executive summaries, and present insights / recommendations to internal teams and partner.• Responsible for building custom ETL tools to consolidate our diverse datasets into a centralized location, and for standardizing, cleaning, and validating all proprietary and third-party / syndicated data and formats.What You'll Bring:• 3+ years of work experience in data analysis or related field• Proficiency with querying large data sets in SQL.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to drive business decisions.• Communicate complicated analytical findings to various types of audiences both simply and efficiently.• Collaborate with game teams, to ensure alignment on in-game logging and resulting analytics.• Experience in building and working with complex data sets including data modelling and custom ETL pipelines.• Proficiency with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.• Experience in statistical languages, preferably Python.Nice To Have:The following attributes are useful and may accelerate impact but are not required. Our interviews will focus on proficiency and the ability to learn on the job.• BS/BA degree in a quantitative subject area (e.g., statistics, economics, computational biology, computer science, mathematics, physics, etc.), or related coursework• Experience with mobile app ecosystems, f2p business model• A/B Testing, MMP (Mobile Measurement partners), and CRM• Children’s Regulatory Environment (COPPA/GDPR-K)Compensation Range, Currency CAD:• Starting Pay Range: $80,640• Pay Range End: $134,280In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation range for this role.
