Manager, Partner Marketing

The Job The Creative Marketing Manager is a part of the HBO Max partner marketing team, responsible for the creation and delivery of marketing assets and deliverables across distribution partners (AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, Hulu etc.). Role will manage creative planning, execution and delivery of partner marketing campaigns and creative deliverables spanning partner cross-channel, digital, social... retail and point of sale. Primary responsibilities will include campaign and account-specific creative development and project management for our distribution partners. Position will collaborate with creative team members and Creative Director to ensure strategic creation, execution and delivery of assets and tactics. Role manages external agency and internal team project communications ensuring creative direction and strategy set forth by leadership is met. The Daily • Collaborate across partner marketing team to collectively build a strategic approach in the overall planning, communication and execution of HBO Max Partner Marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Manage creative projects from conception through delivery, including drafting creative briefs, establishing and maintaining project timelines, overseeing creative review, and securing approvals across legal, programming and department leadership. • Be a strong creative voice within the team to ensure development of cutting-edge deliverables that drive to subscription, activation and engagement targets while adhering to brand guidelines, market data and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. • Manage relationships and process with key internal departments (partner team, legal, growth, brand, programming, theatrical, point of sale) for long-range planning, strategic alignment and day-to-day operations. • Manage clear communication and timely workflow with multiple external agencies in the development and flawless execution of all tactics while ensuring quality control and technical delivery parameters are met. • Build and maintain fundamental knowledge of MVPD and vMVPD consumer trends and habits by monitoring and evaluating marketing trends, customer insights and competitive products in the marketplace.
