Unlock your potential!Job Summary and QualificationsJob Summary:The Product Manager is constantly seeking end-user feedback to determine the priority and backlog of development features. The product manager will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to define the features and ensure they meet requirements. The role will also coordinate change management, education, and communication paired with the product releases.General Responsibilities:Owner of the Product Roadmap based on feedback from end-users and stakeholders.Defines and designs the features and priorities of the product backlog based on user feedback.Works closely with the multidisciplinary team to refine and prioritize the backlog items.Ensures the product meets quality standards and aligns with the overall product vision and strategy.Measures and communicates the success of product features through KPIs.Accepts or rejects completed work based on predefined criteria.Assists the multi-disciplinary team with the go-to-market approach for product features.Responsible for the success of the product and its alignment with business goals.Requirements:4-7 years of experience in healthcare technical product development implementation, integration, maturation, and cross-platform product development.Knowledge of the space between clinical practicality and technical dependencies.Ability to assess and manage various stakeholder needs, create iterative plans to ensure timeliness of deliverables, and mitigate risks.Strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.Well-founded strategic, operational, and people leadership skills between clinical, business operations, technology, data, education, and change management.Education and Certifications:Bachelor's Degree – Required.Master’s Degree – Preferred.Performance Improvement Methodology: Lean, Six Sigma preferred.HCA Healthcare (Corporate) , based in Nashville, Tennessee, supports a variety of corporate roles from business operations to administrative positions.
