ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

TKWW is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HCM Analyst to join our dynamic People Operations team. As an innovative and rapidly growing organization, we strive to simplify and enhance the employee experience by implementing and leveraging cutting-edge technology solutions and operational processes. As an HCM Analyst, you will help design and execute efficient processes to support the employee lifecycle, leveraging our HCM system and other people technology. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support implementations of new modules.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HCM-related inquiries, issues, and support requests.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancement opportunities and contribute to their implementation.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees and managers on the effective use of HCM features and functionalities.
  • Analyze existing HR processes, systems, and people data to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline and standardize HR workflows and procedures.
  • Participate in the implementation of new HR systems or enhancements, including testing, data migration, training, and partnering closely with other People Operations Analysts and team members
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of HCM systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion and other HCM systems, ensuring effective utilization and configuration to meet business needs.
  • Design and document end-to-end people operational processes, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Support the implementation and configuration of HCM modules, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance and data integrity, proactively identifying and resolving issues as they arise.

SUCCESSFUL HCM ANALYST CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources or in an Operational role
  • Relevant experience and strong working knowledge of HRIS/HCM systems
  • Experience with HCM system implementation, configuration, and support, ideally with Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Experience in a high-growth technology organization ( preferred, not required )
  • Familiarity of HR processes, data flows, and best practices
  • Proficiency in analyzing and documenting complex business processes, requirements, and functional specifications
  • Demonstrated use of discretion in handling confidential and/or proprietary information
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and translate business needs into effective solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Self-motivation and proactiveness, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to be detail-oriented and highly organized, with a passion for continuous improvement and simplifying the employee experience
