Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.In the role of Construction Field Servies Project Manager, we'll count on you to:• Identify opportunities, plan, coordinate, monitor, and manage construction related support activities for multi-discipline power design projects.• Serve as a key client contact tasked with building and maintaining client relations with both internal and external clients coupled with the development of new Power Construction Services clients.• Lead business development in the SoCal area as it relates to Construction Field Services developing and maintaining annual goals.• Work with marketing for proposal development and opportunity tracking.• Oversee contract and MSA negotiations, conduct resource recruitment, and provide invoice approval and budget development for multiple projects concurrently.• Serve as the key client contact and project manager on larger projects involving multiple services and personnel and will make decisions on staffing levels, field resources, and coordination of external resources to properly execute project goals.• Develop and lead the QA/QC process on a project specific basis as well as maintain project document control.• Will assist or lead projects as a client lead and/or project manager.• Responsible for supporting the development of new and existing Power clients in the United States.Due to client contract requirements, US born US citizenship is required.Keywords: Construction Field Servies Project Manager, PowerPreferred Qualifications• PMP certification• California Professional Engineer• Master’s degreeRequired Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in related field• 7 years related experience• A minimum of 2 years project management experience• Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
