The Role & The Team:
Druva is looking for a creative, dynamic, and results-oriented Head of Corporate Marketing to accelerate its momentum and leadership in the cloud data protection market. The candidate brings a proven track record of scaling awareness and creating a differentiated brand image for disruptive and innovative companies, preferably in the data protection, data security, or cyber security industry. The candidate must bring excellent leadership and team-building skills to the table, along with an ability to be scrappy, flexible, and intellectually honest. A proven track record of out-of-the-box thinking is a must have quality. The ideal candidate will have a well-developed executive presence and be a trusted advisor to the CEO, CMO, and rest of the executive team.
The ideal candidate must combine strategic thinking with the operational oversight needed to realize the company’s multi-year strategic direction. The candidate will embody a startup-like “can-do attitude” and always be a creative problem solver when obstacles arise. The candidate will lead the creation of unique and differentiated messaging for the company’s brand, and sharing the corporate story globally. This role will successfully promote the company through a strong PR and communications program including executive communications, industry relations, and crisis management. Reporting to the CMO, the Head of Corporate Marketing must have experience developing, managing, and executing on internal and external communications globally.
This person will have strong leadership skills and the network and confidence to develop and hire a world-class team.
