Head of Customer Success

About the role

Here at Amenitiz, we're growing (really) fast. We’re grown the team x4 in 2 years. We’ve also onboarded thousands of clients onto our platform. And we’re just getting started.

We're looking for a Head of Customer Success who will lead our customer-facing teams to new heights, focusing on great customer outcomes and commercial success.

Your mission will be to take our team of 60 to 120 this year, optimising as you go. You’ll work with the Operations and Knowledge teams to bring more automation to the processes, but never give up our human touches.

Your tasks will be mainly focused on:

  • Team building and leadership;
  • Customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Departmental strategy, including forecasting and longer term vision;
  • Reporting, budgets & insights;
  • Commercial optimisation, including introducing upsell opportunities;
  • Introducing outsourcing where appropriate, to keep our team lean and focused;


About you

  • 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in Customer Success;
  • 5+ years of experience managing people, and some experience managing managers.
  • You are an able communicator and you are not afraid to undertake important challenges;
  • You have taken an executional team and you made it strategic;
  • There is a business on your CV that could not have been possible without you!
  • You have a track record of turning people into leaders;
  • People who worked with you rave about it!
  • You’re as comfortable working with numbers as you are with people;
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment;
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a second European language is a plus;
