Head of Marketing

Our mission

We’re rebuilding insurance from the ground up. We’re throwing everything out, ripping up the floorboards, and starting from scratch! We want to make sure as many people as possible can access affordable insurance products. We’re living through tough times, with the cost of living (especially driving) rising to an all-time high. We have to do what’s best for our customers, and that means helping them get the insurance they need at a price they can afford. It’s a mission created by our Founders, but one that our whole company stands behind.

Last year, we grew from a team of 87 to 200+. Over the last 12 months, we've more than doubled our customer base. And over the next 24 months, we’re looking to help 1000s more customers by launching new products and services across different categories and countries

Come help us achieve all that, with a job that gets you dancing out of bed every morning!

How we work

We've created a culture of trust which allows us to work autonomously without fear of failure, to challenge decisions, and be heard. It empowers us to drive our own careers and to move at unparalleled speed. And because we're treading new ground, we're all mastering new skills along the way.

The Marketing Team

We have grown rapidly from a team of 2 to 8 in 9 months and in that time, we’ve defined our Marketing strategy, got to know our audience, launched our first campaign and built out a CRM strategy.

We now have all the core skills and people in place across Brand, CRM, Design, Digital and Content. As we look to open new products and markets, we need a leader to help scale our plans, so that we can tell the world about our cheaper, fairer and easier-to-use products. The Marketing team is agile, hands-on and collaborative across many teams in the business; product, design, engineering and people to name a few.

The Head of Marketing will lead this team and define our strategy. They will work with the VP Marketing to define the brand and marketing strategy across all platforms, products and touch points of the customer journey.
