THE ROLE:

A champion of Cotton On Group Culture, our Head of People and Performance partners with business leaders to support the delivery of strategy for the USA market. You’ll be creating and implementing people systems and processes, and lead a team of passionate HR and Careers partners to create opportunities that inspire and enable our people.

You’ll do good through:

  • Influencing and driving organizational leadership which aligns to strategy and future growth of the business and workforce.
  • Delivering a workforce plan to support our growth strategy; building a workforce representative of our communities.
  • Rolling-out attraction campaigns to identify top talent; and coach leaders to build networks and find great talent.
  • Staying up to date with, and sharing, legislative and compliance changes; evolving relevant people practices accordingly.
  • Leading and embeding people development programs across our workforce
  • Partnering with Group to deliver on global people milestones and initiatives.
  • Enabling and empowering leaders to protect and deliver our culture of belonging, connection, and wellbeing; to ensure that we stay relevant and responsive to our team.
