We are seeking an experienced Head of Talent who will be responsible for the design and consistent execution of Tyler’s talent management, talent development and engagement and culture practices, which strengthen our culture, ensure retention and career mobility of team members, and provide the leadership pipeline needed to address business priorities and support the achievement of Tyler’s strategic plan.
As a member of the HR Senior Leadership team, and reporting directly to the CHRO, the Head of Talent partners with Group HR leaders and executive and senior leaders across the business to support the identification, design, and delivery of talent management and development programs with a focus on key outcomes in the areas of talent management, talent engagement and retention, DEI, and leadership development, management effectiveness, and workforce planning and career development.
