Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Health Plan Programs Lead. The Health Plan Programs Lead will execute strategic initiatives, business plan, and partnerships. This role will lead initiatives with multiple stakeholders and leaders to drive successful & measurable outcomes.

This role reports to Chief Health Plan Officer.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Partner with CHPO and VP of Operations to build relationships with partners, vendors, etc. and drive projects forward in an organized and replicable manner using Project Management structures and strategies.
- Manage current and future high-profile initiatives from conception through to implementation
- Ensure project team hits deliverable timelines
- Keep abreast, train/communicate changes in Health Plan guidelines and regulations, changes in the health care services, changes in the legal/legislative arena that impact Decent
- SME on Decent plans and Decent benefits.
- Provide detailed analysis on key data in potential new markets to inform expansion plans
- Understand and manage downstream impacts of program(s)
- Provide support to other departments (CS, Product, etc.) as needed
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
- 6+ years in Healthcare, Health Plan Administration, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Consulting
- 2+ years with business analysis, program and project management
- Deep understanding of the US healthcare system and the economic drivers of healthcare.
- Proven ability to assess problems, identify solutions, remove barriers, bring people along and get results.
- Strong ability to confidently leverage data and financial analysis to understand problems, identify options, inform decisions, and drive targeted outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to flex between strategic thinking and effective execution.
- Excellent research, writing, listening and verbal communication skills
- Effective public speaking/presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and creativity, including willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Comfortable in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business or Health Administration
