Healthcare Supply Chain Consulting Director
What will you be doing:
Reporting to the Vice President, End-To-End Supply Chain, the Director, Consulting Services will focus specifically on Operations Improvement. The Director will have direct responsibility for service line engagement delivery, service line team member growth, engagement oversight, solution design and implementation, and generation of project sales and results. The Director holds relationships with client executives, c-suite, and staff throughout organizations to drive project success and ongoing work. The Director should be competent in holding executive relationships, managing team member growth, sales, and successful project delivery. This role requires someone who is an expert in supply chain leading practices, healthcare trends, and healthcare inventory and logistics management. At a high level, a Director is expected to own and oversee project work, lead sales pursuits throughout the year, oversee the development of the consulting staff, and oversee the advancement of the service lines. Preferred Qualifications
Relevant Experience to include:
10+ years’ experience in consulting, in healthcare supply chain, healthcare provider supply chain, supply chain logistics, etc. with progressive responsibilities, including project management
Access/SQL experience a plus.
Specific knowledge and experience in operations, inventory management and inventory control, or extensive understanding of clinical operations necessary
Specific experience with project management, including creating project plans, budgets, resource oversight and growth, goal setting, managing projects, client relationship management, and sales

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $125,000 - $231,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
