We’ve  raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and in the midst of our next raise, with an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US & UK. 

We’re hiring a Media Buyer who’s ready to make waves in the AI healthtech space. You’ll be managing digital ad spend like it’s your own money—testing, tweaking, and optimizing campaigns to drive rapid growth globally. 

Working closely with our VP, GTM and the founders, you’ll be our 1st media buyer in the team and will have a great opportunity to build something 0 to 1.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.

  • Manage acquisition media budget, and KPIs, including ongoing analysis and reporting.

  • Define goals and track success through measurable metrics.

  • Develop segmentation constructs and related analysis and implement personalisation strategies.

  • Work with the design team to develop and execute landing pages for acquisition efforts to maximise conversion.

  • Scale campaigns as the company grows and unlock new audience segments.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ad trends and platform updates.

What we will look for:

  • Proven track record of 3-4 years as a media buyer.

  • A record of helping high-growth start-ups scale, and hungry to lead successful campaigns again.

  • Familiarity with the healthtech industry will be a big bonus.

  • Laser focus with analytics, keeping dashboards up to date for key stakeholders to review.

  • Ability to  manage significant budgets, from $2M to $5M+ annually.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage deadlines.

  • Understanding of how to identify a customer’s journey;

    • Which customers generate the most revenue.

    • Which customers are most likely to convert to hospital deals etc.

  • A collaborative team-player with strong critical thinking aptitude, growth mentality, self-motivation, and discipline.
