Location: Remote (Need Candidate from Texas only)

Type: Contract

Job description:

• Provided desktop/helpdesk support for laptop and PC .
• Responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and installing hardware, software.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Background with Technical Support, customer service representative, CSR, IT support, ServiceDesk, Customer Service, helpdesk, desktop support, deskside, call center is a huge plus.

Required:

• Excellent customer service skills and willingness to go the extra mile helping customers
• basic networking
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High degree of responsibility, commitment and dependability.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Experience level:

• Under 1 year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
