IT Help Desk Support

Responsibilities

IT Helpdesk Support will handle inquiries from crew and contractors about desktop and mobile device hardware and software.

Qualifications

  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • AD experience preferred.
  • Good written communication/note taking.

Excellent customer service.

Must have experience:

**Previous Helpdesk Experience a Must

**Active Directory

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Experience level:

  • 2 years

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote
