About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Agile Coach to guide teams and leadership in adopting and scaling Agile practices across the organization. In this role, you will act as a catalyst for change, helping teams deliver exceptional results, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning Agile principles with business objectives.

YOU WILL

 

  • Drive Agile Transformation: Lead Agile adoption across teams and departments, helping the organization build a culture that values transparency, collaboration, and adaptability.
  • Mentor and Coach Teams: Work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams to enhance Agile practices, focusing on delivering high-value outcomes for customers.
  • Empower Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to promote servant leadership principles and align organizational strategies with Agile values and principles.
  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement: Guide teams through retrospectives, workshops, and planning sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and track progress over time.
  • Implement Agile Best Practices: Customize and apply Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe to fit the organization’s needs and goals.
  • Remove Barriers: Address impediments at both the team and organizational levels, fostering an environment that enables teams to excel.
  • Measure Impact: Establish metrics to track Agile maturity and team performance, providing insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Foster Communities of Practice: Build and nurture Communities of Practice (CoPs) to promote shared learning, knowledge exchange, and innovation.

Skills and Mindset:

  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
  • Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and leadership.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture while respecting diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Agile roles, including hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or related positions.
  • Proven success in leading Agile transformations within mid-size to large organizations.
  • Track record of scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and departments.
  • Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms.

Certifications:

  • Essential: Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I) or equivalent.
  • Highly Desirable: Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, ICAgile Certified Professional, PSM II, A-CSM).
