Associate, Growth Strategy & Analytics
Herself Health is on a mission to revolutionize primary care for women 65+ and is seeking a Growth Associate to drive patient acquisition through strategic marketing initiatives.
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence decision-making
- Experience in growth marketing and strategy
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Knowledge or passion for healthcare
- Experience with Alteryx, SQL or programming languages is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies
- Utilize customer segmentation for tailored marketing
- Perform data analytics to drive decision-making
- Develop and maintain growth reporting
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators
- Optimize marketing campaigns across various channels
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Manage and optimize marketing budget
- Implement A/B testing methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Education
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing
- Consulting, investment bank, or healthcare experience
- Highly analytical and strategic role experience
