Product Manager, Technology Enablement

Skills

4+ years of experience in technology product lifecycle.
Ability to travel 20% - 30%.
Expertise in clinical team needs and workflows.
Understanding of technology's role in clinical service delivery.
Ability to analyze data for problem-solving and opportunity discovery.
Collaborative, organized, and reliable with program management skills.
Comfortable in fast-paced and agile product development environments.

Responsibilities

Assist in development and implementation of product roadmap for EMR and technology platforms.
Collaborate to define business requirements.
Work with vendor partners and IT/engineering teams to translate requirements into user stories.
Drive roll out of new features and gather feedback from patients and clinicians.
Maintain feedback loops with clinicians to identify and implement improvements.
