Hex is looking for a Customer Engineer to onboard Enterprise & Mid-Market accounts, leveraging technical skills and project management expertise to ensure customer success.
Skills
- 2+ years of post-sale Enterprise experience
- Knowledge of the data ecosystem
- Fluent in SQL and Python
- Effective communication and advisory skills
Responsibilities
- Generate & implement onboarding & activation frameworks
- Partner closely with customers to advise on Hex best practices
- Influence customer engagement models
- Monitor & improve milestone tracking
- Become a Hex product expert to guide customers
