The individual will possess a mastery of typography, composition, montage, color and interaction design, plus persuasive storytelling for video and web - with a strong command of: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and some After Effects. The visual designer is part of a cross-functional marketing team responsible for developing visual concepts and bringing them to life.Essential Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with graphic design, user interface design, interaction and brand design, and should come with the ability to perform the following duties:Develop social media infographics, banner ads, logos, collateral, web pages, modules and brand story / activations, including mood boards, color studies, user-centered interaction models, wireframes and screen mockupsHelp us evolve the brand visual system, working as needed with a component libraryWork within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand's voice through its visual touchpointsCollaborate with marketing types to help us achieve awareness and pipeline goalsDesign trade show events once a yearRequired Knowledge And SkillsStrong portfolio showcasing past work in B2C and or B2BAbility to meet deadlines consistently, project management, professionalismExcellent communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of graphic design principles and web design, some animationExtensive knowledge of ui design principles for web, knowledge of CMS systemsAbility to work directly with a developer to recreate Figma designs accurately for launchStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to take / apply constructive feedbackWhat HeyGen OffersCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to create and win a category in the most dynamic part of the industry (AI)Dynamic and inclusive work environment focused on innovation and creativitySalary Range$140,000 - 155,000 annuallyPlease note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
