Reporting directly to our VP, Human Resources, the HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with the Technology and Sales organizations at HHAeXchange while modeling our core values. This position will manage at least one HR Generalist and serve as a partner in carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas: organizational design, employee relations, employee engagement initiatives, performance/talent management activities, and strategic partners with leaders. The HR Business Partner also ensures compliance with company policies and programs within the supported business units. A high level of discretion will be required in this role.

Essential Job Duties- Consults and advises leaders on organizational design, employee relations, culture, performance/talent activities and strategy, recognition, and engagement
- Manages all employee relations for their groups (and for other areas when needed). This includes advising leaders on best approaches, preparing or approving discipline documents, leading and closing investigations, and escalating issues to the VP of People & Culture when appropriate
- Leads organizational design efforts with their assigned leaders. And ensure all changes are executed and communicated
- Advises VP of People & Culture on the engagement of leaders and employees within the business regularly
- Partner with the talent acquisition team in recruiting top talent. This includes and is not limited to conducting interviews, scheduling debrief sessions with leaders they support, securing approvals, and reviewing headcount requests
- Keeps a pulse on emerging HR trends and partners with other People & Culture team members to integrate when appropriate
- Uses the employee handbook and other company policies to support the business in all matters. Provides feedback on enhancement to such policies to better support the business as applicable
- Support the HR Operations team as necessary with leave management, benefits open enrollment, performance management processes, and more to ensure they are aligned with goals and timeliness with the departments they support
- Partners with the HR Operations team in immigration matters for teams they support
- Develops and manages at least one annual company-wide initiative such as performance management or employee engagement surveys

Travel Requirements- Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel
Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field or and 5-7 years of Human Resources experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role supporting technology and/or sales organizations
- Solve and manage complex projects successfully handle difficult employee inquires and situations effectively and professionally
- To give excellent attention to detail and handle confidential information in a professional & discrete manner
- Work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- To support remote leaders and employees
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of Federal HR laws and ability to research new laws and determine impact to business
- Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to prepare and deliver presentations to a variety of audiences
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products
The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $100,000-$115,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
