High School Internship-Safety

• Performs routine clerical and administrative duties to maintain office functions of the Department/Section (e.g. filing, keying, copying, faxing), entering data and extracting data from computer systems
• Performs alphabetical filing of training records
• Supports Safety campaign projects as directed (e.g. creates flyers, posters or promotional materials)
• Additional projects or administrative tasks as they arise

• High School Student able to work at least 3 to 4 hours after school at least 3 days per week
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Punctual and Dependable
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy when accomplishing a task
• Team player
• Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, email)
• Ability to comply with company policies and procedures, including SIA Business Code of Conduct
