Who You Are: 

You are looking for an opportunity to bring your senior level management experience into a creative, organized, and strategic thinking role that allows you to impact the success of your team. Leveraging your sales-minded entrepreneurial spirit you will oversee the roll out of the HighLevel affiliate program.  Your excellent communication skills and working knowledge of the marketing technology landscape will serve you well as you impact the largest channel of HighLevel customer acquisition. 


The Director, Affiliate Acquisition, is responsible for actively supporting, managing and leading a variety of initiatives for the HighLevel affiliate program. They will lead the affiliate program and Affiliate Managers in all aspects of affiliate account management, affiliate intel tracking, monthly affiliate customer trends, contract compliance, as well as executing strategic plans for affiliate engagement and recruitment.  In addition, the Director will actively facilitate and oversee internal processes such as affiliate gamification, affiliate commissions, and program budget tracking in conjunction with the VP, Revenue.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Channel partnership and distribution strategy.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners to expand the company’s reach and market presence.
  • Operationalize and  execute the strategy for channel partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Cultivate, build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new partners to maximize performance ,growth and mutual success.
  • Develop various channel  programs, incentives, and co-marketing initiatives to drive partner engagement and performance.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support partner initiatives. engagement, and performance.
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of partnerships, making data-driven recommendations for improvement to both partners and senior leadership.
  • Serve as an  escalation point of contact for partners, addressing any big issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and support company products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with team members and partners to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the company at partner events, trade shows, and conferences to promote partnership opportunities and strengthen relationships.


What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in channel management, partnerships, or business development
  • 7+  years of managing and scaling affiliate marketing programs at a SaaS or Product-Led Growth startup or affiliate marketing agency, preferred
  • Advanced Knowledge of topics such as Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO
  • Advanced Knowledge of the following applications strongly preferred: Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics and trends
  • Ability to analyze complex business situations and develop creative solutions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
