Product Management at Highlight is a relatively new function - we’re growing the team to help us build out the world’s leading product intelligence platform! 

Our core ICP works at a CPG company and has consumer insights needs that are difficult and costly to manage in-house or through a consultant. Highlight provides a disruptive alternative to the status quo: a turnkey yet high quality and methodologically rigorous solution for in-home physical product testing and digital product research. 

We are building out products for our customers to run their studies and derive insights from the results, and products to acquire and manage the community of Highlighters engaged to fulfill our customers’ consumer insights studies.

As a distributed team, we emphasize fostering a fun environment that values empowered problem solving and collaboration. Product managers, engineers, and designers work together in close coordination to quickly deliver customer and business value. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead your team through product discovery, shaping our product roadmap, continuous prioritization, and ultimately delivering high quality customer and business value.

• Collaborate with engineering and other stakeholders to execute on a roadmap you take ownership in defining 
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points. 
• Identify, measure, and interpret feedback, metrics, and user data to validate product strategy and develop a delightful user experience
• Become a subject matter expert on the unique needs and opportunities for In-Home Product Testing and use this to guide product growth
• Drive continuous process improvement and development to further mature the Product Management discipline at Highlight
• Represent the team in cross-functional projects and to the company at large
• Build strong relationships with your stakeholders and engineering and design leaders

• Compensation: $135,000 - $150,000
