Are you passionate about gratitude and donor communication? High Point University is looking for a dynamic Coordinator of Gratitude and Stewardship to join our Office of Institutional Advancement. In this full-time role, you’ll be a vital member of our team, ensuring that our gratitude and stewardship operations are seamless for donors at all levels. Your creative flair will shine as you assist in recognizing major donors, coordinating events, and managing our electronic records in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and AcademicWorks software. If you have a flair for writing and possess strong interpersonal skills, this position is designed for you! You will facilitate the creation of communication materials, provide administrative support for scholarship management, and maintain meticulous records of donor interactions, ensuring that every detail is perfect. Your ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a positive attitude will be essential, especially during busy times. As you help track naming opportunities and coordinate gratitude events, you’ll foster fulfilling relationships with donors and make their contributions acknowledged and celebrated. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, at least one to two years of experience in stewardship or customer service, and a proficient understanding of Microsoft Office and creative design tools.
