About the Role

Our goal is to empower individuals to manage their MSK health and reduce pain, improve function, and enhance overall well-being. We believe that combining human expertise with the power of software, AI, and connected devices can revolutionize the way MSK care is delivered, making it more efficient, effective, and patient-centric. 


We seek a Senior Director of Product Management to lead our product team responsible for Hinge Health’s core member treatments, which today account for 90%+ of the usage by members. This role is a consumer product role, pivotal in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep consumer tech product experience and demonstrated success in launching and growing products and driving user engagement. The ideal candidate will also have strong business judgment akin to a GM or MBA skill set. While healthcare experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Develop and drive the overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial, to deliver innovative, high-impact products
  • Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch improvements
  • Utilize data-driven insights to build a large user base and continuously grow user engagement 
  • Present product updates and strategic plans to executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and consumer needs to inform product decisions


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years of experience in Product Management, including managing Product Managers, with a focus on consumer technology products.
  • Strong understanding of software and AI technologies.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically, drive innovation, and lead product initiatives.
  • Passion for healthcare innovation and a deep understanding of the musculoskeletal care space.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Medical/Scientific field. Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.

$288,000 - $432,000 a year
Consider the range above plus equity, and benefits.  Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
