In this role, you will be part of a small, elite recruiting team that supports various departments across Route. Beyond filling positions, you will contribute to process improvement, strategy, and development across our business. You will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures the delivery of efficient, effective, and quality-driven service to internal customers, meeting all customer service level agreements.As a Recruiter supporting our team, you must be able to manage, prioritize, and close searches across different functions while adhering to timelines. You thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. The best candidates will have a solid foundation in talent acquisition, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.What you’ll do• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across the company, with a focus on technical and non-technical positions, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding.• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies that align with business goals.• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and representing the company's values and culture throughout the hiring process.• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews with the appropriate team members, ensuring consistency in the evaluation process.• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, leveraging both active and passive sourcing techniques.• Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to continually improve the recruitment process.• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with employment laws and company policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the recruitment process.What we’re looking for• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the software or technology industry, with a proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles.• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software to manage the recruitment process and maintain accurate candidate records. Experience with Greenhouse, Goodtime iO and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus.• Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and industry trends, with the ability to effectively screen and assess candidates for software development, engineering, and other tech-related positions.• Proficiency in using various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage top talent.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey the company’s culture, values, and job requirements clearly and persuasively to candidates.• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, understanding their needs, and providing strategic recruiting support.• Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience, with a focus on timely communication, transparency, and maintaining a positive brand image.• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.• Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to address hiring challenges, adapt to changing circumstances, and find effective solutions.• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics, with the ability to track performance, report on key metrics, and use data to inform and improve the hiring process.• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment function.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and flexible approach to managing workload and meeting deadlines.Equal opportunity for allRoute is an Equal Opportunity Employer. In addition to cash compensation, all Route employees are eligible to participate in Routes equity incentive plan to receive stock options per the terms of the agreement. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their career level, skills, experience, specific geographic location qualifications and other job-related reasons.
