SummaryThe Sr Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst provides guidance and support to the HR division, supporting HRIS strategic direction, design, implementation, and execution. Defines process and adherence standards and performs a variety of administrator responsibilities to support user functionality and access for primary and integrated HR business systems and applications.Duties and Responsibilities• Design, implement, and maintain HRIS best practices and processes to support benefits, compensation, labor relations, training, staffing and general HR.• Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity and governance of systems.• Prioritize, develop and deploy solutions that replace manual processes.• Translate and integrate user requirements and desired features into and within system and application parameters.• Act as the administrator for designated HR systems, and defineand manage security for users and user roles.• Develop guidance and resources for users; demonstrate functionality and user interfaces.You Must Have• Bachelor's Degree• 5+ years of experience in a combination of the following areas: report writing, data administration and analysis, HRIS (or similar system experience)• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business• United States Citizenship• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this jobWe Value• Experience with PeopleSoft, Excel, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, R, Python, Qualtrics)• Experience administering, project planning/managing, rating, and deploying HCM systems such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow (or similar systems)• Ability to leverage fundamental project management tools to ensure timely execution and anticipate/mitigatepreventable anomalies• Experience in recruiting and/or applicant tracking systemsand performance management systems• Ability to critically think and offer solution to problemsFMT2021Additional Information• JOB ID: 1524• Remote Eligibility: Remote• Travel Required: 0-10%• Hourly/Salary: Salary• Relocation Available: Yes
